RKA have vast experience in this field of work and our project portfolio is very extensive. Having being involved in many successful residential projects since the company was founded, in both new build and regeneration projects, RKA are placed in prime position to contribute to the successful recovery of the residential building sector. 

Landmark projects completed recently which RKA have been involved with include the very complex Glen Housing Regeneration Scheme (Phase 2). Also worthy of note is the very successful addition to Beaumount Residential Care in Cork City, designed in conjunction with Butler and Moffat Architects.
