The €1m modernisation and extension to Kinsale Yacht Club was accomplished in 13 weeks with enormous client satisfaction.  As a final phase the four-storey 18th century building at the rear, which is the main Yacht Club entrance from Lower O’Connell St will undergo conservation refurbishment.
