EXPERTISE
Dan joined the Company in 1999, having previously worked as an Engineering Technician in a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy focusing on Pharmaceutical & Industrial Projects.
Dan has built up extensive experience in Planning, Civil/Structural Engineering and Building Regulations. Dan has a detailed knowledge of the planning process and has experience in the preparation and submission of Environmental Impact Statements, Discharge Licenses, Site Suitability Testing, Flood Study Reports, Land Registry Applications & Planning Applications from individual one-off rural houses to large-scale commercial premises.
Dan is capable of initiating and taking to completion projects either independently or as the team leader responsible for others in large projects. He has a particular interest in the areas of Urban Design and Universal Accessibility, Sustainable Building Design, Storm Water Management and the Design of Civil Engineering Infrastructure. Dan has undertaken the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA FETEC level 6) Site Assessors training and is also carrying out Quality Internal Auditing as part of the Quality Management system - ISO9001:2008 within the practice.
