To develop this objective of providing a quality service, RKA has worked constantly to assemble a staff of highly qualified, and dedicated people.The guiding principle of client service has been fostered across all of our staff. Staff interaction and communication is prioritised in our way of working, and staff continuing development is an ongoing activity.
RKA has gained a broad range of experience over its lifetime and we are constantly developing the skills necessary to respond to client requirements, in a dynamic and changing technical environment. Once again this relates closely with the staff and we have constantly retained staff with valuable experience. When recruiting new staff we evaluate their experience carefully to broaden our overall scope and the service we can offer to clients.
RKA as a firm of Civil and Structural Consultants is well experienced in engaging with other Consultants in the execution of Multi disciplinary Projects. RKA constantly engages in consultancy teams, Comprising Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Consultants and professionals of other disciplines to secure projects for clients. RKA extends the emphasis on service to clients as a core value to the other professionals with which we work in teams. In this way we continue to use our strengths to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients.
A core element of the RKA Organisational strategy is the promotion of a high quality management system controlling the consultancy service which we provide. We achieve this within a framework of total quality, continuous improvement and accreditation. RKA is committed to maintaining our Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008. RKA continue to build on our experience and significant progress to date, with a view to refining our service and adapting on an on-going basis to the needs of our customer.
In addition to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System accreditation, the firm is a registered member of the Association of Consultancy Engineers of Ireland (ACEI). The professional members of the firm are members of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland.
